3. Eligibility

4. Lesson Policies

Scheduling

Private lessons are scheduled by mutual agreement between the student and instructor.

Lessons may be conducted:

• Online via Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms

• In person where available

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.

Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

If Bryn Scott-Grimes must cancel a lesson, a make-up lesson or rescheduled session will be offered.

Late Arrivals

If a student arrives late, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Digital Courses & Educational Content

Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, PDFs, tabs, audio recordings, exercises, branding, graphics, and educational systems are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce

• Redistribute

• Resell

• Upload

• Share

• Publicly distribute

• Modify

any course or educational materials without prior written permission.

Access to digital products is intended for individual personal use only.

No Unauthorized Sharing

Sharing login credentials or distributing purchased materials to others may result in revoked access without refund.

6. Refund Policy

Digital Products & Courses

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products and educational content, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

No refunds will be provided for:

• Subscription payments already processed

Lessons

All lesson sales are final.

No refunds will be issued for:

Live Music Bookings

Deposits for live performances are generally non-refundable once a date has been reserved.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing safe performance conditions

• Ensuring appropriate access to electricity and performance space where required

• Securing any necessary permits or venue approvals

Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Severe weather

• Illness

• Travel disruptions

• Government restrictions

• Venue issues

• Emergencies

In such situations, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule the performance.

8. Payment Terms

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

By purchasing through this website, you agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.

Failure to complete payment may result in denied access to services or products.

9. Subscription Services

Some educational content or memberships may operate on a recurring subscription basis.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing until canceled.

You may cancel future subscription renewals at any time, but previously processed payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
